My introduction to training came early. I played competitive hockey from the age of four for over 22 years, and with that came a serious commitment to both on-ice and off-ice conditioning. At 16, I got my first gym membership — what started as after-school hangouts with friends quickly turned into a genuine passion for training and self-improvement.

I was once the guy who didn't know how to execute movements properly, and that experience shaped everything about how I coach today. I know what it feels like to walk into a gym without direction — and I know what it feels like to finally find it.

My personal training career began at GoodLife Fitness, where I had a moment that changed everything. A member was going through a tough time, and I sat down with them, listened, and put together a simple plan. The look on their face — the relief, the hope, the excitement — is the exact reason I chose this path. I got into this to help people reach their goals and live healthier, fuller lives.

The gym has always felt like home to me. The atmosphere, the energy, the people — I could spend an entire day in that environment and never once check the clock. That passion is what drives the way I coach.

I specialize in building custom programs that cut through the noise. No fluff, no fads — just a blend of science-backed and evidence-based training with real accountability. Every client I work with gets a plan built specifically for them, with check-ins and adjustments to keep momentum going.
