How do I get started?

Do I need to be advanced to train with you?

Not at all. I work with clients at every fitness level — from complete beginners to experienced athletes looking to break through plateaus.

How long until I see results?

Most clients notice meaningful changes within 4–8 weeks when they're consistent. Long-term transformation takes longer, but you'll feel the difference much sooner.
